Choosing the right size of knee sleeves is not a minor detail. A knee sleeve that is too large loses all its compression and provides no support under load, while a knee sleeve that is too tight restricts range of motion and quickly becomes uncomfortable. How to take your measurements correctly?

Take your measurements while seated, with legs extended and muscles relaxed.
Measure the circumference at the center of your patella using a flexible tape measure (like a tailor's tape).
Then measure the widest part of your calf — the difference between these two measurements can influence the final choice of your size.

If your calf is significantly wider than your knee:

If your calf measurement exceeds your knee measurement by more than 4 cm, we recommend going up one size. A knee sleeve perfectly fitted to your knee circumference might be difficult to put on over your calf and could become uncomfortable during a workout session.
