Stock of goods

Claims for damage during transport, delivery errors and non-deliveries
It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any incorrect or damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery. We will not accept any responsibility for goods lost in transit unless we are informed within five days of the expected delivery date.

We will not accept any responsibility for shortages, non-deliveries, incorrect goods and goods damaged during delivery outside the stated deadlines. Except in extenuating circumstances that would have prevented delivery within the stated deadlines.
